ข้อมูลผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อนจำแนกตามความพิการ โดยแบ่งระดับความพิการออกเป็น ความพิการของดวงตา ความพิการของมือ ความพิการของเท้า และความพิการในภาพรวม โดยแต่ละประเภทความพิการจะแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระดับ คือ 0=ไม่พิการ 1=พิการระดับ 1 และ 2=พิการระดับ 2
