เอกสารการยื่นรายการเกี่ยวกับพาหนะที่เข้ามาในราชอาณาจักร (ต.1) คือ เอกสารแสดงรายการเกี่ยวกับยานพาหนะที่จะเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักร ที่เจ้าของยานพาหนะต้องสำแดงแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ด่านควบคุมโรคติดต่อระหว่างประเทศ ผ่านระบบยื่นเอกสารสำแดงสุขภาพ และออกใบรับรองการตรวจสุขาภิบาลเรือเครื่องบินและลานจอด (SSC&HSA)
